- Own and evolve the existing marketing strategy, developing it further in line with company growth and product direction
- Lead brand management across all channels — ensuring a consistent, professional, and compelling presence in the SaaS space for banks
- Create and maintain high-quality pitch decks, sales collateral, and presentation materials that support the sales team in closing deals
- Partner closely with the sales and business development teams to align messaging, campaigns, and materials with pipeline needs
- Collaborate directly with senior management and cross-functional leaders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities
- Plan and execute demand generation and content initiatives tailored to B2B SaaS audiences
- Track and report on marketing performance, using data to refine and improve activities continuously
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed

- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or B2B financial services
- Strong background in brand management and corporate communications
- Proven experience creating sales enablement materials - pitch decks, one-pagers, presentations - that resonate with enterprise buyers
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach; you are comfortable both setting direction and executing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding commercial dynamics
