- You research, evaluate and procure relevant data sources on regional economic and real estate topics.
- You conduct cost-benefit analyses and assist with license and contract negotiations with data providers.
- You prepare, test and visualize data.
- You conceive and create interactive dashboards and reports.
- You work closely with the data engineering team on data integration, data modeling and the improvement of existing data processes.
- You support the further development of data-driven standards and analytical methods within the team.

Your profile
- You hold a degree in economic geography, real estate management, economics, data analytics / data science, business/computer science or a comparable field.
- You bring relevant professional experience in data analysis, ideally in the context of real estate or regional analysis.
- You have experience working with structured data and databases (e.g. SQL) as well as using visualization tools.
- You handle Excel confidently and have first experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- You think analytically, work in a structured manner and enjoy engaging with complex data.
- You communicate and negotiate effectively, especially in exchange with data providers.
- You are fluent in German and English.
